If you are looking for the best keto bread recipe, than you have come to the right place. Like many people you have probably tried different recipes that you have found on the internet. Some of them have probably been good but, this recipe is perfection. The recipe is very simple and once you made it one you can duplicate it as many times as you want. The secret step in making the perfect keto bread
The secret step is to separate the yolks from the whites. Whip just the egg whites until they are fluffy. They will add some volume to otherwise dense bread that comes from using almond flour. The egg whites will give the bread some air pockets, thus making it better tasting bread.
The best thing about this keto bread is that you can actually use it like ordinary bread. You can use this keto bread for sandwiches, French toast, croutons and you can even throw this bread in a food processor and use it as Italian bread crumbs.
If you are one of those people who have tough time in giving up bread, than this is perfect recipe for you. You can be on a low carb diet and still consume bread.

Net Carbs- 1.35g
Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs- separated egg yolks and whites
  • 1 ½ cup almond flour
  • 4 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar- by choice (it can improve the taste of the bread)
  • 1 pinch salt
Preparation:
First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Then, separate the egg whites and add cream of tartar to them and beat the mixture until the mixture becomes fluffy with soft peaks. Next, in a food processor combine the egg yolks, almond flour, butter, baking powder and salt. Mix them well until they are combined and then add the beaten eggs and process again. Always be careful not to over mix the ingredients, once the whites are incorporated in the mixture you can stop (if you don’t have food processor you can always use blender). At the end pout the mixture in a buttered loaf pan 8*4 and bake for 30 minutes. Before you remove the bread from the oven always check with a toothpick if the bread is baked enough.
